Barry Kirsch


Born in Belgium, Barry grew up in a rich musical environment, due to his father’s position as one of Europe's senior executives at EMI Records. He got his degree from the UK, and was thereafter heavily involved in the music industry, producing some of the biggest artists of the 70's and 80s. He also worked extensively as a songwriter signed to Warners for seven years, with several hit songs to his credit. This eventually culminated with an Emmy nomination for his film score on Richard Dreyfus's film “Prisoner of Honour”.

Barry has composed music for a multitude of prestige clients including Emirates, Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Tourism, Dubai Holdings and many of the world’s leading multinational brands, in addition to TV themes, film scores and major orchestral event scores. He is credited with over 50 international awards for his work in music and is actively involved in bringing copyright awareness in intellectual property to the region.

Barry is actively involved as an unofficial ambassador working to promote Dubai as a production and post production centre on behalf of his company BKP and colleagues and other media companies in the UAE.

Polly Gotseva

Managing Director

Polly is the managing director at bkp. born in bulgaria, she began her career as a professional dancer representing her country in several european tours promoting national dance. after this she moved on to journalism eventually shifting into the position of production controller for the bulgarian national radio station, radio blagoevgrad, where she managed all aspects of production.

Polly oversees everything relating to production as the acting production manager, where over the last several years she has, among many other demands, developed the largest stable of voiceovers in the middle east in various languages. these efforts have led to the launch of vox arabia, a digital portal for regional voiceover talent.

Clearly a woman who likes challenges, polly conquered her fear of water by becoming an accredited diver in 2010; a pastime she is passionate about. she is also a keen fashion enthusiast, who runs her own fashion blog. the aptly titled: cosmopolly where she muses on the world of fashion, inspirations and designers of interest.

Matt Faddy

Partner/Studio Manager

Matthew is a veteran of the recording industry with over 25 years of experience behind him.

Originally trained as a music engineer, he later moved into audio post and writing music for TV including shows for Rick Stein, Carluccio as well as TV commercials and films. During this time he worked with some of London's top agencies and creatives and with some of the music industry's best such as Annie Lennox, Sinead O'Conner, Sting, Supergrass, Iron Maiden and many others.

In search of better weather, Matt moved to Dubai in 2001.

Joanne Flores

Deputy Production Manager

Joanne started at BKP as a Receptionist/Secretary in February 2004. After expressing an interest and aptitude towards production, she moved into handling production department matters. Now years later, as Deputy Production Manager on the team, she is an integral part of the production department handling senior production and administrative responsibilities.

Alice Manalilli


Born in the Philippines, Alice joined the BKP team in 2007. She received a degree in business management from Centro Escolar University Philippines before relocating to UAE.

Working her way up through the ranks, Alice started in Dubai as a secretary & receptionist at a recruitment, travel & tourism agency for 3 years before taking up her multi-faceted role as a personal assistant in BKP. A year later, her skills were put to use as she took her place as a producer in the production department.

Siti Razali

Producer/Vox Arabia

Since joining in 2009, Siti has been handling a multitude of affairs at BKP as an Executive Assistant to CEO Barry Kirsch. Siti started by helping sourcing new voice talents for BKP. Gradually, her efforts and passion to improve casting procedures paid off and she was later entrusted to be fully involved in BKP’s talents & Vox Arabia’s initiatives as the Head of Casting. Siti remains fully committed in on going search of new emerging talents and will maintain Vox Arabia’s & BKP Media Group’s talents & casting quality.

A native of Malaysia, Siti’s career has seen her work in areas as diverse as hospitality, transport, broadcasting and IT; all of them characterized by their fast paced working environments and seeing her use her skills across Europe, the Asia- Pacific region and the Middle East.

Basel Kisswani

Audio Engineer

Born in Jordan and his roots form Palestine, Basel’s career started in 2007 when he joined one of the biggest Audio institutes in the world “ SAE institute” to study Audio Engineering.

Directly after the graduation in 2009 got his first job in Saudi Arabia in production house for 4 years working on every thing about audio production for TV and Radio dealing with big clients and international agencies in the GCC region and because of his work he became well known in KSA.

His interest in music started at the age of 12, also he is a talented singer and writes his own lyrics and music

Moving to Dubai and joining BKP in 2013 was an important step for him to look for more success.
